INDIGO The band Indigo was formed by Gayle King in Louisville in 1984 to perform at the new Ramada Inn. After a 6 month run, Gayle decided to keep the band viable and enter the single engagement realm. Indigo continues to perform around Louisville and Southern Indiana at weddings, corporate events, anniversaries and concerts to this day. In addition to Gayle who sings and writes most of the arrangements, Duke Marsh performs on keyboards, Ed Abraham sings and plays percussion and Gary Falk is on saxophone and flute. Indigo is versatile, playing music from tin-pan alley, big band era, Motown and current dance selections. JENNIFER LAULETTA Jennifer Lauletta has an extensive history in musical performance. At the age of 15, she became the youngest member of the chorus of the Kentucky Opera Association under the direction of Moritz Bomhard, at which time she performed the soprano part of the three sprites in THE MAGIC FLUTE. Jennifer has now made her return to jazz, and is currently performing at local nightclubs and restaurants with her group, JENNIFER LAULETTA & CO Jennifer also has extensive recording experience, specializing in vocal arrangement and background performance.
