JIM SMOAK Jim Smoak, born and raised in South Carolina, began his professional music career in Knoxville, Tennessee with Cas Walker at WROL Radio. He went on to play with many musicians such as Bill Monroe and the Bluegrass Boys, Little Jimmy Dickens, Hylo Brown, Author Smith and the Crackerjacks. Jim also has a group called the L.A. Honeydrippers.
